With the purpose of creating an urban area in Can Tho City in combination with the university, Hoang Quan Can Tho Company has linked projects including: Thuong Thanh Residential Area Project (Dai Loc Quarter - 7.3ha), New Urban Area Project of Thuong Thanh Ward (Phu Quy Quarter - 10.7 ha), Expanded Thuong Thanh Residential Area Project (Phuc Loc Quarter - 7ha) and the Land Area for Education and Trade (5 ha) to form a comprehensive project with the trade name of Hoang Quan Urban Area (31 ha).

Urban Area - University Project is located in facade of National Highway 91C, in the overall planning of Hoang Quan 31ha Urban Area in  
Thuong Thanh Ward, Cai Rang District, Can Tho City. With the integration of the university and satellite residential areas, along with a convenient location when located in the center of utilities such as: schools, hospitals, bus stations, ... the project promises to become the busiest urban area in Can Tho City.
