Land for Education - Trade

Project of the Land Area for Education - Trade and Services with an area of 3.1ha is aimed to meet the learning needs and improve the educational level of the people in the project in particular and the people in the surrounding areas in general. In addition, with a large population, the construction planning of the Land Area for Education - Trade - Services will contribute to meet the needs of shopping, entertainment and attract investment to residential areas in the District and City.

1. Location:
Project of the Land Area for Education - Trade and Services is located between two facades of National Highway 91C and Truong Vinh Nguyen Street, in the overall planning of 31ha in Thuong Thanh Ward, Cai Rang District, Can Tho City. Land Area for Education - Trade and Services is adjacent as follow:

- Northeast: adjacent to Dai Loc Urban Area
- Southeast: adjacent to Phu Quy Urban Area
- Northwest: adjacent to Phuc Loc Urban Area
- Southwest: adjacent to National Highway 91C
Only 5-10 minutes by motorbike from administrative center, district committee, university, high school, supermarket, market, hospital, bus station and city center.

o Commercial land: Land area: 3,736m2
o Management block: Land area: 4,523m2; Floor area: 4,217.4m2; Number of floors: 5

o Grade 4: Land area: 4,375m2; Floor area: 6,449.8m2; Number of floors: 5  
o Grade 5: Land area: 4,875m2; Floor area: 6,449.8m2; Number of floors: 5

3. Items that have been invested in construction:
+ Technical infrastructure system: 70% volume has been completed
• 400KVA power station has been completed.
• Rainwater drainage and drainage system has been completed.
• Roads have been completed for the lower foundation.
• 02 internal transport bridges have been completed.
+ Construction items have been invested in construction 
• Medical land: Not built yet
• Commercial land: Not built yet
• Management block: The rough part has been finished 
• Grade 4: The rough part has been finished
• Grade 5: It has been completed and is being leased by Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture
